Orders usually ship in 1-3 business days. Only orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states are eligible for free ground shipping.

• An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed.
• These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
• Tracking information will be provided to you per manufacturer via a confirmation email at time of shipment unless shipped United States Postal Service.
• MFGdirect.com and the manufacturers do not currently offer International and U.S. Territory shipping. This includes shipping to Canada and any destination outside the United States.
• If you place an order with a P.O. Box ship-to address, we will attempt to ship all items using the United States Postal Service.
• If any items within your order can not be shipped using the United States Postal Service, you will be asked to provide a physical address for shipping.
• Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.
• These items will be delivered to the U.S. military post office within 5-10 business days from the ship date.
• The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/FPO destination.
• We are unable to provide tracking information for any order shipped via United States Postal Service.

We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping which can be selected, per manufacturer, on your order. All items that are marked for expedited shipping will have these shipping options displayed at checkout. Please note that our shipping options refer to transit time only and require additional time for order processing. We calculate your expedited shipping fees based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Your expedited delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

Holiday Schedule:

MFGdirect.com is closed for 9 of the major holidays (see below). Orders continue to process to the manufacturers. In the event the manufacturer is operational on our closed days, your orders will ship and process the confirmation to you. However, in the event the manufacturer is closed on a given holiday, the 1-3 business day shipping rule applies. Please use caution when using expedited freight on holidays.
