Time for the UHU Christmas Countdown!

Hi Everyone,

We’ve got another UHU Clipboard project to showcase - this one from new Gluer Deanne. I think that blog reader Amy T (see comment on last post) was reading Deanne’s mind. The holidays will be here before you know it…and whatever holiday you celebrate, this is a fun and colorful idea to manage the countdown. We’re all outta samples for this month - but you can still make this project using a hardboard clipboard, some UHU and your favorite papers and embellishments from your local office and craft stores. Enjoy this new twist on the advent calendar!

From Deanne: “This was a rather easy project. I simply chose a Christmas-y patterned paper, and using my Glue Stick glued it to the clipboard.

Then I sanded the edges to make them smooth.

With a print program, I printed off numbers from 1-24 and cut them out.

I then decorated the clipboard with letters “days until Christmas” , ricrac, ribbon and a flower/snowflake/button embellishment. I used my Twist and Glue to adhere the embellishment to the board. I also used Twist and Glue and glitter on the snowflake.”
